How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Our goal is to have everything processed within 1 business day of the order being placed, the cut-off being 8PM. For example, if you place your order at 10AM on Monday morning, it will be processed that day. If you place your order at 10PM on Monday evening, it will be processed as part of Tuesday’s orders.

When will my order ship?

What is the cost of shipping?

Our shipping rates are the same for both Canadian and U.S orders.

The cost of shipping is broken down into three tiers:

Orders under $74.99: $15.95 shipping
Orders between $75 - $149.99: $10.95 shipping
Orders over $150: free shipping


Where do you ship to?

YAY! In addition to serving our Canadian customers with great fabric and service, we also now ship to the contiguous US as of May 17th, 2022.

How will my order ship?


Orders will be shipped with Canada Post’s Regular Parcel service and you will receive your tracking number via email per the above shipping schedule. Should you want a different shipping option (ie Xpresspost or Priority) please send us an email at and we will see if we can arrange something.


Orders will be shipped via Canada Post International services, and all duties and taxes (if applicable) will be at your expense. Due to the nature of Canada Post's international services, tracking is only available within Canada. Once the parcel transfers carriers when entering the US, you will no longer have any tracking visibility. 

What if my order gets damaged or lost with Canada Post?

We hope this is never the case! All orders are insured up to $100. We ensure that all packaging is appropriately sealed and ready to transit before it leaves us, but unfortunately once the parcel leaves our hands, it is out of our control and we do not assume any responsibility. If you need any additional information/help should this be the case, and again, WE REALLY HOPE AND PRAY THAT IT ISN’T, please contact us and we will try to help resolve the matter at hand.
