Shipping policy


How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Our goal is to have everything processed within 1 business day of the order being placed, the cut-off being 8PM. For example, if you place your order at 10AM on Monday morning, it will be processed that day. If you place your order at 10PM on Monday evening, it will be processed as part of Tuesday’s orders.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship the following business day after it is placed. See below chart for reference:

Please note orders will not ship on weekends. All orders placed after 8PM on Thursday will ship on Monday. 

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping is $10.95 for orders under $74.99 and free for orders $75.00. Extra charges may apply for remote locations.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we are only shipping within Canada. We are working on expanding to the US, fingers crossed we are able to offer US shipping soon.

How will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped with Canada Post’s Regular Parcel service and you will receive your tracking number via email per the above shipping schedule. Should you want a different shipping option (ie Xpresspost or Priority) please send us an email at and we will see if we can arrange something.

What if my order gets damaged or lost with Canada Post?

We hope this is never the case! All orders are insured up to $100. We ensure that all packaging is appropriately sealed and ready to transit before it leaves us, but unfortunately once the parcel leaves our hands, it is out of our control and we do not assume any responsibility. If you need any additional information/help should this be the case, and again, WE REALLY HOPE AND PRAY THAT IT ISN’T, please contact us and we will try to help resolve the matter at hand.
